The Big Group is brainchild behind the Ben’s restaurant chain and they are opening more and more outlets to cater to their dedicated fans. After reading various raving reviews on their house salad, I decided to order a plate to share with my partner. The salad had lots of different seeds and nuts on top and the chef is pretty generous with the dressing as well. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy and the nuts complement the taste of salad.
