Wao... This is what I like the most. Actually I tried this the very first time here, and we used to called Salad Prawn. This is what the waitress recommended and I will highly recommend this to all people who got the chance to go to Fish Village, Tambun. As you can see, the big prawn is fried and they are cooked with "salted duck egg" as well. Normally we just know to eat salted duck egg with porridge or the egg yolk is usually added to mooncake. I can never think of the mixture of this with the sauce they prepared is so delicious.

Normally the salted duck egg is very salty, but the salty taste is reduce by the sweet sauce. So the combination make the overall taste awesome, and I can say it is very good combination. I never try any better serving of prawn than this since i tried this during the CNY.
