This is the crab meat.This is one of their signature dim sum.They put inside the crab meat at there and fried it.This is really nice.The crab meat is so aromatic and tasty.The taste is so rich and you can still taste the sweetness of the crab.It's slightly salty.It's It's fried to a very crispy texture.But sadly the price is a little bit too expensive. But i think it's still worth it because this is really nice.
