We started off with some pan fried appetizers namely the Gyoza and its more appetizing sibling the Age Gyoza. The minced stuffing inside these Japanese crescent shaped dumplings were really delicious, coupled with some Japanese sauce. The minced stuffing is soft and juicy enough. Most important, it was not oily.
