I love salmon when it is cooked to the right cookness without jeopardizing the texture. This salmon teriyaki had the wrong texture as it was overcooked. The taste was different from what I perceive of teriyaki sauce.Tenggiri too was cooked to the right tenderness but the dish itself was served cold, which was a bad idea when the fish was not fresh enough. In this case, it was not fresh and served cold.Overall, just stay away from the fish.
