Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A / 材料A:
500g yam / 芋头 500克
100g rice flour / 粘米粉 100克
1 tsp salt / 盐 1茶匙
100ml water / 清水100毫升

Ingredients B / 材料B:
100g dried shrimp / 虾米 100克
1 tbsp shredded shallot / 红葱丝1汤匙
100g crushed peanut / 花生碎100克

Ingredients C / 材料C:
2 red chilli / 红辣椒2条
Some chopped spring onion / 青葱碎少许
Method
Preparations 准备工作:
1. Peel the yam and cut into small pieces. Cut red chillies into shreds.
芋头去皮,切小块。红辣椒切丝。

2. Sauté Ingredients B until fragrant and drain.
把所有材料B一起炒香,沥干。


Method 做法:
1. Rub a steaming pan with some cooking oil.
在蒸盘底部抹上少许油。

2. Mix Ingredients A and pour into the steaming pan, sprinkle Ingredients B on top.
所有材料A一起拌匀,倒入蒸盘后,撒上材料B。

3. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes and remove.
大火蒸20分钟后,取出。

4. Combine Ingredients C and sprinkle over yam cake.
把所有材料C拌匀,撒在芋头米糕上。

5. Leave to cool before cutting into pieces.
待米糕冷却后,切成小方块即可。
