Ingredient and Portion
2 rice bowls cooked organic brown rice / 煮熟玄米饭 2饭碗
60g Japanese small whitebait / 日本小银鱼 60克
2 tbsp olive oil / 橄榄油 2汤匙
1 fresh lily bulb / 新鲜百合 1粒
Some sea salt / 海盐 少许
50g yellow radish pickles / 黄色萝卜泡菜 50克

Topping / 撒面
10 pieces wolfberry / 杞子 10粒
Method
1. Heat up some olive oil in a pan. Fry small whitebait till fragrant and crispy. Remove and absorb the excess oil with kitchen towel.
平底锅内加热橄榄油,放入小银鱼炒至香脆,取出,用吸油纸吸出多余的油。

2. Break lily bulb into cloves. Scald them in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
百合拆出一瓣一瓣,放入沸水中,加入少许盐汆烫至熟。沥干待用。

3. Dice yellow radish pickles.
黄色萝卜泡菜切丁。

4. Divide brown rice into two bowls while it is still hot. Mix in whitebait, lily bulb and radish pickles. Sprinkle with wolfberry. Serve hot.
玄米饭趁热分别放入两个饭碗内,混入银鱼、百合和萝卜泡菜,面撒杞子。趁热享用。
