Ingredients (A) / 材料 (A):
500g Mussels / 蓝牡蛎 500克(约20颗)
Ingredients (B) / 材料 (B):
1 tbsp olive oil / 橄榄油 1汤匙
3 pips garlic / 蒜米 3瓣(切碎)
1⁄2 onion (chop all / 洋葱 1⁄2粒(切碎)
some thyme / 百里香 少许
200ml fresh cream / 鲜奶油 200毫升
30g basil leaf / 罗勒叶 30克(切碎)
Ingredients (C) / 材料 (C):
4 slices French baguette / 法国面包 4片
Seasoning
dash of salt / 盐 1⁄2茶匙
dash of sugar / 糖 1⁄2茶匙
dash of black pepper / 黑胡椒粉 1⁄2茶匙
Method
1. Blanch mussels in boiling water for 1 minute, drain.
把青口用热水汆烫约1分钟,捞起沥干水备用。
2. Sauté onion, garlic and thyme with olive oil in a deep pot until fragrant, pour in fresh cream. (pic 1-2)
准备一个深的锅子,用橄榄油炒香洋葱、蒜米及百里香,加入鲜奶油煮滚。(图1-2)
3. Toss in mussels and seasonings, bring to boil again. (pic 3-4)
倒入青口和调味料煮沸。(图3-4)
4. Arrange in plate and top with basil and serve.
上桌前加入罗勒叶。
5. Serve with toasted baguette.
配烤法国面包享用。
