Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A / 材料A
1 piece fried beancurd sheet / 1片 炸腐皮
1 stem continental parsley (sectioned) / 1小 棵香菜/芹菜(切段)
some shredded kaffir lime leaves / 少许 疯柑叶丝
2 tbsp evaporated milk / 2大匙 淡奶
1 litre water / 1公升清水

Ingredients B / 材料B
5 straw mushroom (cut into half) / 5粒 草菇(切半)
120g tomatoes (wedged) / 120克 番茄(切角)
50g lady fingers (cut into half) / 50克 羊角豆(切半)
80g abalone mushrooms (cut into half) / 80克 鲍鱼菇(切半)
1 red chilli (sliced) / 1条 红辣椒(切角)
1 green chilli (sliced) / 1条 青辣椒(切角)
2 blades kaffir lime leaf / 2片 疯柑叶
1 stem continental parsley root / 1小棵 香菜根
3 tbsp vegetarian "Tom Yam" paste / 3大匙 素冬炎酱
1 tbsp light soy sauce / 1大匙 酱油
1/2 tsp salt / 1/2小匙 盐
2 tbsp lime juice / 2大匙 青柠汁
1 tsp vegetarian seasoning powder / 1小匙 素调味粉
1. Soak fried then cut into beancurd sheet into water until soften. dish out and drain small pieces.

2. ln a small pot, add in water, then put in all ingredients B, bring to boil over high heat. Add in seasoning, mix well. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add in evaporated milk and continental parsley, mix well. Remove from heat.

3. Serve "Tom Yam" soup in a serving bowl, sprinkle with a little shredded kaffir lime leaves. Serve hot.
