Ingredients / 材料:
200g high protein flour / 高筋面粉 200克
50g plain flour / 普通面粉 50克
50g organic sugar / 有机糖 50克
1⁄4 tsp organic salt / 有机盐 1⁄4小匙
7g instant yeast / 干酵母 7克
50g milk / 奶水 50克
120g water / 清水 120克
40g vegetable oil / 清油40克

Filling (mix all) / 馅料:
4 mock sausages (sliced) / 素香肠 4条(切片)
4 button mushroom (sliced) / 蘑菇 4粒(切片)
tri-color capsicum each (cut rings) / 三色大甜椒各1粒(切圈)
5 tbsp baked beans / 番茄豆 5大匙
3 tbsp tomato sauce / 番茄酱 3大匙
1 tbsp chili sauce / 辣椒酱 1大匙
1⁄8 tsp black pepper / 黑胡椒粉 1⁄8小匙
1 tsp chopped Mar¬joram / 马郁兰香草碎 1小匙
3 tbsp juliennes cheese / 乳酪丝3 大匙
Method
1. Mixes ingredients A into smooth dough; let rise for 30 minutes until double in size. (pic 1)
将材料A拌打均匀成弹性和光滑的面团,放置一旁发酵30分钟至双倍大。(图1)

2. Pin roll dough and grease the top, then bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes, remove from oven. (pic 2-3)
把面团按平后铺在涂油的比萨烘盘上,放入预热烤炉以180℃先烘10分钟,取出。(图2-3)

3. Spread filling mixtures on it and sprinkle juliennes cheese on top, bake in oven again at 220℃ for 10 minutes or until golden brown, done. (pic 4-5)
铺上混合馅料,洒上乳酪丝,再以220℃烘约10分钟至金黄色即可。(图4-5)
