5 apples / 5 苹果
5 oranges / 5 橙
5 carrots / 5 胡萝卜
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
1. Peel the oranges and separate the segments. Clean and peel the carrots. Wash the apples and cut into pieces.
将橙剥皮后分开果瓣,将胡萝卜洗净去皮,苹果洗净后切块。将全部蔬果榨汁。

2. Juice all the fruit and vegetables. Collect the juice, mix and pour into four glasses.
将各种果汁倒在一起,混合调匀后分成四杯。

3. Serve chilled.
放入电冰箱冷冻后即可享用。
Tips
You can replace the oranges with ruby grapefruits.
可以用红肉西柚代替橙。
