Ingredients (A) / 材料 (A):
Some round biscuit or bread / 小圆饼干或面包 适量
6-8 pcs cherry tomato (halve) / 樱桃茄 6-8粒(切半)
2 stalk parsley / 西洋芫荽 2支

Ingredients (B) / 材料 (B):
1 block soft tofu / 嫩豆腐 1块
50g mock ham / 素火腿 50克
50g cabbage / 嫩包菜 50克
100g salad dressing / 沙拉酱 100克
Method
1. Steam tofu and then mash it, squeeze out excessive water. (pic 1)
把嫩豆腐先蒸热,然后压成泥,用布把水分拧干。(图1)

2. Juliennes mock ham and sear until fragrant; juliennes cabbage and mixes with all ingredients B, chill in fridge for 30 minutes. (pic 2-3)
素火腿切丝,略煎香;包菜切丝,然后把全部材料B拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟,再取出使用。(图2-3)

3. Spoon tofu salad onto biscuit, top with halved cherry tomato and some parsley, done. (pic 4)
将豆腐沙拉用汤匙舀起,放置于小饼干上,加上小樱桃和西洋芫荽装饰。(图4)
