3.Place the mixture in a piping bag and store in the fridge. 装入挤花袋冷藏备用。
Cookies Method 1.Soften butter at room temperature. Add sugar. 牛油放置室温中软化后,加入糖。
2.Cream butter with sugar till fluffy. 牛油和糖一起打至松发。
3.Add egg in batches and stir till well combined. 分次加入鸡蛋,搅拌至混合均匀。
4.Sift in flour and baking powder, and knead briefly till it forms a dough. 筛入面粉和发粉,搓匀成面团。
5.Scoop a dollop of dough and roll it into ball. Flatten the ball slightly. Repeat the steps till all dough is used up. 用汤匙舀取适量面团,搓成小圆球形,再压扁整形。重复此步骤直到用完所有面团。
6.Line a pan with parchment paper. Arrange the cookies on top and pan-fry them over low heat for 8 minutes. Turn them over and continue to pan-fry for another 2 minutes. 在平底锅铺上不沾纸,放入饼干,以小火烤约8 分钟,翻面继续烤2分钟即可。
7.Squeeze some filling on top of a cookie, cover with another cookie. Repeat the steps till all filling and cookies are used up. 取一片饼干,挤上馅料,再放上另一片饼干粘好。重复此步骤直到用完所有饼干和馅料即可。
Tips
Alternatively, you can bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 165°C for 18 to 20 minutes. 若是使用烤箱,预热烤箱后以165℃烤18至20分钟。
