Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients / 材料:
500g shelled prawns / 虾球 500克
1 onion (cut wedges) / 洋葱 1粒(切角)
2 cucumbers (seeded and cut wedges) / 黄瓜 2条(去籽,切块)

Spices (chop all) / 香料:
4 chili padi / 越南小辣椒 4条(切碎)
4 pips garlic / 蒜头 4瓣(切碎)
3 shallots / 葱头仔 3粒(切碎)
1 stalk coriander / 芫荽茎 1棵(切碎)
Seasoning
2 tbsp Thai chili sauce / 泰式辣椒酱 2汤匙
2 tsp fish sauce / 鱼露 2茶匙
3 tsp sugar / 糖 3茶匙
1/3 tsp black pepper / 黑胡椒粉 1/3茶匙
1/4 tsp MSG / 味精 1/4茶匙
2 tbsp lime juice / 酸柑汁 2汤匙
50g water / 水 50克
Method
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute spices until aromatic, then add in prawns and stir-fry until cooked.
烧热1汤匙油,爆香香料,然后加入虾球炒熟。

2. Toss in all other ingredients and seasoning, adjust taste and dish out.
再加入其余材料和调味料炒匀,试味。
