1. Grill chicken chop to golden brown and braised in Teriyaki sauce for 3 minutes, set aside.(pic 1-2) 将鸡肉烤熟后,放入日式照烧酱内煮3分钟至入味备用。(图1-2)
2. Meanwhile, heat up a frying pan, add in olive oil and stir fry ingredients B until flavored. Add in chicken stock and bring it to boil, season with salt and pepper.(pic 3) 另外起锅热橄榄油,把材料B 炒至出味。加入鸡高汤煮至滚,加入调味料。(图3)
3. Add spaghetti into frying pan and stir fry until perfection. Then place on a plate gently.(pic 4) 再加入意大利面条,煮至满意程度即可盛入碟子里。(图4)
4. Slice the Teriyaki chicken and place on top of spaghetti, drizzle with mayonnaise. Garnish with chopped parsley and ready to serve. 把照烧鸡切片后放在意大利面条上,挤上美乃滋酱,撒上洋莞荽即可享用。
