Ingredient and Portion
Salad Ingredients mix / 沙拉材料
1 large Bombay red onion, sliced / 1 个大红洋葱
2 fresh green chillies, finely chopped / 2个 新鲜青辣椒,切碎
A sprig of mint leaves, chopped /小枝薄荷叶,切碎
1/2 cup fat free yogurt / 1/2 杯 无脂优格
150gm fresh green salad / 150克新鲜青沙拉
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper / 1 茶匙现磨胡椒粉
1/2 teaspoon salt / 1/2 茶匙盐

Ingredients / 材料
200gm chicken breast, skinned, trimmed and cubed / 200克鸡胸、去皮、修前和切丁
1 cup fat free greek yogurt / 1杯无脂希腊优格
10 cloves garlic, pounded / 10瓣蒜米,捣烂
1/2 inch young ginger, pounded / 1/2 嫩姜,捣烂
4 tablespoon chili powder / 4汤匙 辣椒粉
1 tablespoon garam masala / 1汤匙 印度综合香料
2 teaspoon iodized salt / 2茶匙 碘化食盐
1 teaspoon sugar / 1茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper / 1茶匙现磨胡椒粉
1 tablespoon grape seed oil / 1汤匙葡萄籽油
1 lime, wedge / 1 颗青柠,切成楔形物
Method
1. Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, chilli powder, garam masala, greek yogurt, salt, sugar, and white pepper.
用蒜米、姜、辣椒粉、印度综合香料、希腊优格、盐、糖和胡椒粉来腌制鸡胸肉。

2. Place chicken in Oil-Less Fryer and cook for 25 minutes.
把鸡胸放入无油空气炸锅和煮大概25分钟。

3. In another bowl, combine mint leaves, green chilies, yogurt, salt and white pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to combine.
在另一个碗中,将薄荷叶、青辣椒、优格、盐和白胡椒粉搅拌均匀。把沙拉酱倒入沙拉里,搅拌均匀。

4. Serve chicken with salad.
鸡胸可同时享用。
