1. Beat butter and sugar in a mixer until fluffy. Add in lemon rind and lemon juice, mix well. 将糖粉过筛,与牛油和蜜糖一起放入搅拌机打发至松白,加入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀。
2. Sift flour, baking powder and soda, fold into butter mixture together with crushed biscuit, mix until forms dough. 将面粉、发粉和苏打粉过筛,加入牛油混合物中,拌匀成面团。
3. Wrap well the dough and refrigerate for I hour. 把面团包好,存入冰箱冷藏1小时。
4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic paper, about 5mm. Cut out watermelon shapes and place on to the baking tray. 取出面团,放在塑料纸之间,杆薄约5毫分切出西瓜形状,排入烤盘里。
5. Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. 盛入预热烤箱烘以1600C烘约15-20分钟,或至金黄色。
6. When cool, decorate with ornamental icing. When the icing was solidification, keep into airtight container. 冷却后,加上喜爱的糖霜装饰 。凝固后即可存入密封罐子储存。
