1. Divide the red bean paste into small portion, roll into round shape, leave aside. 先将红豆馅料分成等份,搓成小圆球,待用。
2. Steam the sweet potatoes, remove the skin, blend with food processor together with glutinous rice flour, “Tang” flour, sugar and oil become dough. 把番薯蒸熟去皮后,联合糯米粉、澄面粉、糖和油置入Food Processor内搅成面团。
3. Divide the dough into small portion, wrap with red bean paste, roll into round and shape it, place on a banana leaves then steam for about 7 minutes. 把面团分成等份,取出一份包入馅料,揉成圆球捏成花状,然后叠在香蕉叶上,置入蒸炉里蒸大概7分钟即可。
