300gm sweet potato, boiled, peeled, cubed / 300克番薯、煮熟、去皮和切粒 1/2 cup Sago, washed and strained / 1/2杯西米、洗干净和凉干 1 cup of water / 1杯水 1 cup of coconut milk / 1杯椰奶 1 cup evaporated milk / 1杯 淡奶 1/2 cup palm sugar / 1/2 杯棕榈糖 1/2 tablespoon organic brown sugar / 1/2 汤匙有机黄糖 1 pandan leaf (screw pine leaf) / 1 斑兰叶 A teaspoon of salt / 1茶匙盐
Method
1. Put sweet potatoes, pandan leaf, palm sugar, brown sugar and water into Oil-Less Fryer and cook for 10 minutes. 将番薯、斑兰叶、棕榈糖、黄糖和水倒入空气炸锅里煮大概10分钟。
2. Add evaporated milk, coconut milk, sago and salt, cook for another 10 minutes. 加入淡奶、椰奶、西米和盐,再煮多10分钟。
3. Serve warm. 热吃。
