Method
1. Rinse red dates and remove pits. 红枣去核洗净,备用。
2. Soak white fungus until soft. Rinse and set aside. 雪耳用清水浸透发开,淘洗干净备用。
3. Hard boil the eggs and remove shells. Place all ingredients in a pot with 1000ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 20 minutes. Add in rock sugar, mix well. Serve. 鸡蛋煮熟去壳,与其他材料放进锅内,放入1000毫升清水,水滚后转慢火煲20分钟,加入冰糖即可。
