Preparations 1. Rinse glutinous rice and soak for 3 hours. 糯米洗净,浸水3小时。
2. Rinse pandan leaves and knot. 班兰叶洗净,打结。
Method / 步骤: 1. Pour the glutinous rice into a deep plate. Steam for 1 hour until cooked. Remove and leave to cool. 糯米倒入深碟内,放上班兰叶,蒸1小时至熟。取出待凉。
2. Put coconut milk and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil. Add steamed glutinous rice and cook over low heat until the coconut milk is almost absorbed. Remove and serve. Decorate with red dates if desired. 椰浆和糖放入锅内煮沸,加入蒸糯米拌匀,以小火煮至椰浆稍干即可盛起。可以红枣作装饰。
