1. Wash the plums and peaches. Remove the pits. 将西梅和桃洗净去核。

Tips
For a sweet version, on a cake or in yoghurt, juice 8 plums and 8 peaches, then add 1 tablespoon of liquid honey and the seeds of one vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water.
