Ingredient and Portion
8 plums / 8个西梅
8 peaches / 8个桃
2 cm fresh root ginger / 1块生姜(2厘米长)
1 tablespoon sesame oil / 1茶匙芝麻油
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
1. Wash the plums and peaches. Remove the pits.
将西梅和桃洗净去核。

2. Peel the ginger root.
将生姜去皮。

3. Juice the fruit starting with the ginger.
先榨生姜汁,然后榨其他水果。

4. Collect the coulis, add virgin sesame oil and mix. Serve in small cups as accompaniment to white meat, fish, steamed green vegetables or tofu.
将新鲜芝麻油加入榨取的酱汁调匀,用小杯上桌,可以拌食白肉,鱼,蒸蔬菜或豆腐。
Tips
For a sweet version, on a cake or in yoghurt, juice 8 plums and 8 peaches, then add 1 tablespoon of liquid honey and the seeds of one vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water.

想味道甘甜一点或者伴食蛋糕或酸乳酪,将8个西梅和8个桃榨汁后可以加入一茶匙蜂蜜和一个香子兰荚的籽,或加入一茶匙橙花水。
