Ingredient and Portion
1 small red cabbage / 1 个小的红椰菜
1/2 onion / 半个洋葱
1 clove of garlic / 1 瓣大蒜
4 red bell peppers / 4 个红灯笼椒
Salt / 盐
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
1. Remove the first few outer leaves from the cabbage.
剥去红椰菜外层的叶。

2. Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the stalks and the seeds and wash.
将灯笼椒切成两半,去茎去籽后洗净。

3. Peel the onion and clove of garlic. Cut the bell pepper and onion into pieces.
将洋葱和大蒜剥皮,将红灯笼椒和洋葱切块。

5. Juice all the vegetables; for the cabbage, separate the leaves, roll them and insert them through the feed tube.
将全部水果榨汁。将椰菜叶分开,卷起放入榨汁机的导管。

6. Collect the juice, add salt, mix and serve in glasses.
将各种果汁倒在一起,加一点盐,混合调匀后即可饮用。
Tips
For a lovelier colour, use purple cabbage!
用紫椰菜颜色会更漂亮!
