Let's try another type of appetizer with fresh scallops that covered with garlic flesh, fresh milk, celery, carrots and shitake mushrooms by boiling within 15 minutes!
Dash of black pepper / 黑椒粉适量 1⁄2 tsp salt / 盐1⁄2茶匙 1 tsp sugar / 糖1茶匙 1⁄2 tsp chicken powder / 鸡精粉1⁄2茶匙
Method
1. Cut celery and carrot into 1 inch length strips. (pic 1) 西芹与红萝卜切成1寸长的条形状。(图1)
2. Stuff one each of celery, carrot and shitake mushroom into the centre of scallop, blanch in boiling water until cook, drain and arrange in plate, (pic 2-3) 将西芹、红萝卜及松菇各一条塞入带子中央。(图2) 带子放入沸水中烫熟后取出滴干排碟。(图3)
3. Steam garlic flesh until cooked; and then blends into puree, cook it together with seasoning. (pic 4-5) 把蒜米蒸熟,放入搅拌机搅拌成茸后,倒入平底锅加调味料煮匀。(图4-5)
4. Pour the garlic sauce over the scallop and serve.(pic 6) 在带子淋上调好的蒜泥酱即可享用。(图6)
