Mushrooms stuffed with shrimp is a wonderful dish that can be served with almost any main course or also can be dim sum.

这道虾仁酿香菇不但容易做而且用料简单之余还适合当主食或是小点心也可。
Ingredient and Portion
Whole Fresh Mushroom 9-10 pcs / 香菇 9-10朵
Shrimp 300g / 虾子 300g
Minced Pork 60g / 猪肉碎 60g
Salt 1/2 teaspoon / 盐 1/2茶匙
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon / 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
Spring Onion for garnish / 青葱碎 少许(点缀用)
Method
1. Fresh Mushroom wash and soaked in the water until soft (approx.2 hours).
香菇用清水洗净,然后浸泡至软(大约2小时)。

2. Shell the shrimp, chop it into the meat mud
虾子去头去壳,然后剁成泥。

3. Place in a medium bowl; mix in shrimp and minced pork, salt and pepper.
虾肉泥混合猪肉碎、盐和胡椒粉,搅拌至起胶。

4. Remove stems from mushrooms, stuffed mushroom with the meat mixture.
泡好的香菇去掉蒂,把一大匙的肉胶酿在香菇上。

5. A pot of boiling water and steam stuffed mushroom with 10minutes.
煮滚一锅水,放入酿好的香菇蒸大约10分钟。

6. After done garnish with spring onion.
撒上少许青葱碎作点缀。
