Ingredient C 1/2 tsp strawberry essence/草莓香精 1/2茶匙
Method
Preparation Wash strawberries and drain well. 草莓洗净,沥干。
Method / 步骤: 1. Place strawberries and water into a blender and blend until fine. Pour the puree into a pot. 将草莓和水一起放入搅拌机内搅拌成泥,然后倒入锅内。
2. Combine Ingredients B and pour it into the pot, cook until sugar dissolves. Switch to low heat and cook for another 5 minutes. 材料B拌匀,然后倒入锅内,煮至糖溶化。改调小火,再煮5分钟。
3. Turn off the heat and stir in strawberry essence. 熄火后拌入草莓香精。
4. Remove and keep the jam in a glass jar, leave aside until set. Serve with toasted bread. 将煮好的草莓果酱倒入玻璃瓶内,待凝结后即可配烤面包享用。
Tips
Strawberry essence must be added after turning off the heat, otherwise the jam will taste bitter.
