Method
Method / 做法 1. Peel pumpkin and cut into slices, add in brown sugar, salt and pepper mix well, coat evenly with corn flour. 金瓜去皮,切薄片,加入黄糖、盐和胡椒粉拌匀,然后沾上玉米粉。
2. Heat oil for deep-frying in a wok, add in pumpkin slices and deep-fry until golden brown, remove and drain. 在炒锅中烧热适量炸油,加入金瓜片炸至呈金黄色,取出沥油。
3. Heat butter in a wok, add in curry leaves and salted egg yolk, stir-fry until fragrant. Add in deep-fried pumpkin slices and stir-fry evenly, dish up and serve. 在炒锅中烧热牛油,加入咖喱叶和咸蛋黄碎炒香。加入炸金瓜片拌炒均匀,盛起享用。
