A delicious Asian chicken stir-fry with colorful capsicums. Simple and easy to make, this is best served over fried rice for dinners.

Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients / 材料:
500g debone chicken whole leg (cut cubes) / 鸡腿肉 500克(去骨切丁)
1 tbsp chopped garlic / 蒜茸 1汤匙

Condiments / 腌料:
1 tbsp oyster sauce / 蚝油 1汤匙、
1/2 tsp pepper / 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp sugar/糖 1/2茶匙
1 tsp sesame oil/麻油 1茶匙
2 tsp corn flour/粟粉 2茶匙

Sub-ingredients:cut cubes / 配料:切丁
5 pcs Chinese mushroom / 冬菇 5朵
1 each of red / 红灯笼椒 1粒
yellow & green capsicums / 青灯笼椒 1粒,黄灯笼椒 1粒。
1 onion / 洋葱 1粒(去皮)
50g bamboo shoot / 竹笋 50克
1/2 tsp soy sauce / 生抽 1/2汤匙
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce / 蚝油 1/2汤匙
1 tsp sugar / 糖 1茶匙
1/2 tsp salt / 盐 1/2茶匙
1 tsp sesame oil / 麻油1茶匙
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine 1 tsp & corn flour + 50ml water / 绍兴酒 1汤 & 匙粟粉1茶匙(加入50克水拌匀)
1. Marinate chicken with condiments for 1 hour.

2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,sauté garlic until fragrant,toss in chicken until cooked,then add in all sub-ingredients and seasoning,thicken with starch and dish out.
