500g spare ribs / 软排骨500克
Ingredients B: / 材料B:
1 red chili (chopped) / 红辣椒1条
3 salted plums (pitted & smashed) / 水梅3粒
3 pips garlic (chopped) / 蒜茸3瓣
1 tsp chopped young ginger / 嫩姜茸1茶匙
1/2 tbsp soy bean paste / 豆酱1/2汤匙
Seasoning
1 tbsp sugar / 糖1汤匙
2 tbsp plum sauce / 酸梅酱2汤匙
1 tbsp oyster sauce / 蚝油1汤匙
1 tsp corn flour / 粟粉1茶匙
1 tsp sesame oil / 麻油1茶匙
Method
1. Pitted and smashed salted plums; chopped red chilli, garlic and ginger, set aside.
将水梅去籽压烂;红辣椒及蒜切碎。
2. Mix all the chopped ingredients B with seasoning become sauce.
将全部B料与调味料捞匀备用。
3. Clean and wash spare ribs, and marinate with all the combined ingredients.
将排骨洗净,放在蒸盘上,加入调好的酱汁捞匀。
4. Steam spare ribs in medium heat for about 40 minutes or until soften.
移入蒸镬,以中火蒸40分钟至排骨够软及酥。
