Ingredient and Portion
A
2 flower crabs (about 300g) /花蟹 2只(约300克)

B (Thai Green Lemon Sauce / 泰式青柠酱)
2 tbsp Thai fish sauce / 泰式鱼露 2汤匙
2 tbsp chicken seasoning powder / 鸡精粉2汤匙
1 tbsp Thai green lemon juice / 泰国青柠檬汁1汤匙
3 tbsp light soy sauce / 酱青3汤匙
1 tbsp sugar / 糖1汤匙
3 cloves garlic /蒜头 3瓣
5 pcs red chilli padi / 红辣椒仔5条
1 stalk coriander / 芫荽1棵

Garnish / 装饰
Some coriander / 芫荽 少许
Method
Preparation /准备工作
1. Clean and chop flower crabs into pieces. Crack the claws slightly. Rinse and set aside.
花蟹切碎,稍微敲碎蟹钳,洗净。

2. Peel and chop garlic. Rinse and chop red chilli padi and coriander separately.
蒜头削皮切碎。辣椒仔和芫荽分别洗净和切碎。

Method /做法
1. Trim the base of the crab carapace. Assemble the crab pieces on a serving plate.
螃蟹壳修整齐,排在碟子里。

2. In a bowl, combine Ingredients B to form the Thai Green Lemon Sauce.
材料B放入碗里拌匀成泰式青柠酱。

3. Pour Thai Green Lemon Sauce over the crabs.
酱料淋在螃蟹上。

4. Steam for 8 minutes till cooked, add Garnish and serve.
入锅蒸8分钟至熟,然后以芫荽装饰即可。
