Fresh Mushroom (Sliced) / 鲜蘑菇 (切片) 6 pieces/ 朵
Organic Chili (Shredded)/ 有机红辣椒 (切丝)1 piece/条
Some Organic White Sesame (Fried until Fragrant) / 有机白芝麻 (炒香)少许
Organic Olive Oil / 有机橄榄油 1 tablespoon/ 茶匙
Seasoning
Organic Lemon (Squeezed for Juice)/ 有机柠檬 (取汁)1/2 piece/ 粒
Organic Unrefined Sugar / 有机蔗糖 1 1/2 tablespoons/ 匙
Organic Cinnamon Powder / 有机肉桂粉 1/4 teaspoons /茶匙
Organic 84 Live Sea Salt (Fine)/ 有机84活性海盐(细) 1/4 teaspoons/茶匙
Method
1. Stir-fry the sliced sausage and mushroom with olive oil. Turn off heat.
将香肠片和蘑菇片以橄榄油拌炒片刻,熄火。

2. Add in shredded chili and seasonings and stir well. Sprinkle some white sesame and serve.
加入辣椒丝和调味料拌匀,洒上芝麻即可。
