Soy Milk known as a good source of protein as the same proportion as cow’s milk. A dilicious drink that can be enjoy either sweetened or unsweetened.

Ingredient and Portion
500 g of soy / 500克 大豆
1500 ml water / 1500毫升 水
Method
1. Clean the soy and leave it in the water for 4 hours then drain the water.
将大豆洗净,再浸泡在水中四小时,然后将水倒掉。

2. Alternately put the soaked soy bean in the juicer along with the water.
您亦可以将浸豆的水连同大豆一起倒入榨汁机。

3. Collect the juice.
将榨出的豆水盛好。

4. Boil the collected soy milk on the stove for about 2 and a half hours, stir often.
将豆水放在爈上煮约两个半小时。

5. Can be serve either hot or cold, add sugar or syrup if needed.
煮好后冷饮或热饮都可以,可按个人喜好加入适量糖或糖浆。
