Method
1. Add in Koh Fun, icing sugar and icing sugar in a mixer. Add in cold water(already mix with pandan essence) and mix into dough form. 把糕粉、糖粉和白油加入食物搅拌器里,待搅拌均匀后,慢慢加入冰冷水(加入班兰精搅拌均匀),看到已经搅拌成面团后就可以了。
2. Add in the mixture of snow skin, put it into plastic bag and roll till fill up the plastic bag equally. Same direction apply to red bean filling too. 将混合好了的冰皮放入,然后均匀的抚平在原子袋里。豆沙也一样。
3. After roll the snow skin to an even thickness, same to Red Bean filling. Trimmed the ease of plastic bag. After that, put red bean in top of snow skin. 抚平后把原子袋剪开,把豆沙放在冰皮上。
4. Rolling up from one side. 慢慢从尾端卷起来。
5. Ready to be chilled. 卷好后,用保鲜纸包好放入冰箱里,待冷后就可以慢慢切。
