Ingredient and Portion
Main:
3 chicken whole leg / 鸡全腿 3只
some bamboo skewers / 竹签 适量


Marinades:
5 pcs pitted salted plum(mashed) / 水酸梅 5粒(去籽,压成泥)
1 tbsp plum powder / 酸梅粉 1汤匙
2 tbsp plum sauce / 酸梅酱 2汤匙
2 tbsp lemon juice / 柠檬汁 2汤匙
½tsp chicken powder / 鸡精粉 ½茶匙
1 tbsp Melaka satay culuk sauce / 马六甲沙茶酱 1汤匙
1 tbsp chopped ginger / 姜茸 1汤匙
1 red chili (chopped) / 红辣椒茸 1条


Glazing:
2 tbsp honey / 蜜糖 2汤匙
1 tsp dark soy sauce / 黑酱油 1茶匙


Sub-ingredients:
20 pcs cherry tomatoes / 小番茄 20粒
1 cucumber(cubes) / 黄瓜 1条(切方块)
Method
1. Debone Chicken whole leg and cut into cubes, marinate for 2 hours.
鸡腿去骨切方块,用腌料腌2小时。

2. Skew 3 pieces of chicken cubes.
将3块鸡肉块串成一串。

3. Place aluminium foil in baking tray, top with wire rack and place chicken skewers on it, grill on the centre of oven with 180℃ for 15 minutes; glaze with honey and grill again for another 5 minutes, done.
托盘铺上一层锡纸,放烤架,制然后放置鸡肉串,烤盘放在中层,以180℃烤15分钟,拿出来擦上蜜糖在送回去烤5分钟至熟,取出配上配料一起享用。
