马卡龙是法国最着名的特色甜点,这次加入了东南亚风情,用椰丝配上马卡龙,闭上眼,咬一口,椰香阵阵,感觉就像在海边的沙滩般,享受无限!

Ingredient and Portion
1/4 tsp salt / 盐 1/4茶匙
45g plain flour / 普通面粉 45克
250g condensed milk / 炼奶250克
1 tsp vanilla essence / 香草精 1茶匙
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, add desiccated coconut and salt, and mix well.
将干椰丝和盐放入搅拌碗内拌匀。

2. Add the rest of the Ingredients and mix well.
加入其余材料,拌至均匀。

3. Take a small lump of dough, roll into a ball and arrange on a lined or greased baking tray about 2cm apart.
取出一小坨面团,稍微搓圆,排放在已铺纸或抹油的烤盘上(面团之间相隔约2公分)。

4. Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at 180°C.
放入预热的烤箱,以180°C烤12-15分钟。

5. Remove and store in air tight container when completely cool.
取出,待至凉透后,存入容器内密封。
