Ingredient and Portion
A
30 pieces wan ton skin / 云吞皮 30块
2 steamed salted egg yolk (break into pieces) / 蒸熟咸蛋黄2粒(弄成碎粒)

B (Fillings) / B(馅料)
400g minced meat / 肉碎 400克
100g minced prawn / 虾肉碎100克
4 water-chestnut (chopped) / 马蹄碎4粒
1 tbsp chopped spring onion /青葱粒1汤匙
salt and pepper to taste / 盐和胡椒粉适量
1 tsp sesame oil / 麻油1茶匙
1 tbsp corn flour / 粟粉1汤匙
1 egg white / 蛋白1粒
Method
1. Mix Fillings evenly. Wrap Fillings into won ton skins. Sprinkle top with salted egg yolk.
将馅料拌匀,裹入云吞皮内,洒少许咸蛋黄碎在上面。

2. Arrange in a steamer, steam over high heat for 10minutes. Remove and serve hot.
排入蒸锅内用大火蒸10分钟即可。
