Ingredient and Portion
3 eggs (beaten) / 3颗 鸡蛋(打散)
50g shredded ginger / 50克 姜丝
80g shredded mushrooms / 80克 冬菇丝
80g shredded black fungus / 80克 木耳丝
2 tbsp sesame oil / 2大匙 麻油
1 litre water / 1公升 清水
Seasoning
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce / 1/2大匙酱油
1/2 tsp pepper / 1/2小匙胡椒粉
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder / 1/2小匙鸡精粉
1/2 tsp salt / 1/2小匙盐
Method
1. ln a wok, heat sesame oil over low heat, add in ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then put in mushrooms and black fungus, toss until aromatic.
镬里慢火烧热麻油,放人姜丝爆香后,加入冬菇丝和木耳丝拌炒香浓。

2. Add the beaten egg, pan-fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
倒入蛋液,改用中火煎至两面金黄色。

3. Add water, bring to boil, add in seasoning, mix well. Boil for 6 minutes. Serve hot.
注人清水,大火煮沸后,加入调味料拌匀,滚煮6分钟,即可食用。
