Ingredient and Portion
(For 6 people / 六人份)
200g plain flour / 面粉 200克
4 eggs / 鸡蛋 4粒
11g baking powder / 发酵粉 11克
100ml milk / 牛奶 100ml
50ml olive oil / 橄榄油 50ml
12 sun-dried tomatoes / 晒干的番茄 12粒
200g feta cheese / 羊奶芝士 200克
15 pitted green olives / 绿橄榄 15粒
A touch of curry powder (optional) / 咖哩粉 少许 (可选)
Salt & pepper / 盐 & 胡椒
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Butter and flour a loaf tin. In the stainless steel bowl fitted with the mixer and the lid, mix together the flour, eggs and baking powder, starting on speed 1 then increasing to speed 3.
烤箱预热至180度,另外在面包盘涂上牛油和撒上面粉。准备一个搅拌器和不锈钢碗,把面粉、鸡蛋、发酵粉倒入碗里,以speed 1 开始搅拌约10秒后便可转至speed 3继续搅拌;

2. Add the olive oil and the milk and mix for one and a half minutes. Reduce to speed 1 and add the dried tomatoes (cut into pieces), cubed feta, green olives (cut into pieces) and curry powder. Season.
加入橄榄油和牛奶继续搅拌1分钟半后,搅拌器速度减至speed 1,然后加入番茄干(可预先切块)、芝士、绿橄榄(已切)和咖哩粉,搅拌一下便可加入盐和胡椒调味;

3. Pour the mixture into the tin and put into the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven. Pierce with a knife to check that the loaf is cooked.
把搅拌好的材料倒入面包盘里并烤大约30至40分钟(不同的烤箱需要不同的时间),期间可用小刀戳一戳面包来测试面包是否已熟。

Tips
Replace the feta with mozzarella and add a few chopped basil leaves.

可用Mozzarella芝士代替羊奶芝士,也可以加点一点切碎的九层塔(罗勒)来增添香味。
