Serve this dessert in a clear bowl or trifle dish to show off its beautiful stained-glass layers and colors.

Ingredient and Portion
(Mascarpone Cream 马斯卡彭奶油)
Mascarpone Cheese / 马斯卡彭芝士 - 250g
Icing Sugar / 糖粉 - 50g
Vanilla Extract / 香草精 - 1/4tsp
Whipping Cream / 奶油 - 200g (Whipped, Soft Peak / 已打发至软性发泡)

(Macerated Raspberries 覆盆子果泥)
Fresh Raspberries / 新鲜覆盆子 - 250g / 1 pkt
Orange Zest & Juice / 橙皮 & 橙汁 - 1 nos
Icing Sugar / 糖粉 - 50g

(Assembly 装饰)
Sponge Finger / 手指饼干 – ½ pkt
Dark Chocolate Shavings / 黑巧克力屑 - to garnish (装饰用)
Fresh Raspberries / 新鲜覆盆子 1 pkt
Fresh Blueberries / 新鲜蓝莓 1pkt
Method
(Mascarpone Cream 马斯卡彭奶油)
1. Mix mascarpone cheese, icing sugar & vanilla extract.
把马斯卡彭芝士、糖粉和香草精搅拌均匀。

2. Fold in whipping cream.
拌入奶油。

3. Reserve aside.
拌好后搁置在一旁。


(Macerated Raspberries 覆盆子果泥)
1. Mix all above together and smash lightly with a fork.
把所以材料放在碗里,用叉子轻轻地压碎成果泥状。

2. Let it sit aside for 10 minutes before using.
让果泥搁置一旁约10分钟。


(Assembly 装饰)
1. Break the sponge finger into pieces. Place into bottom of the glass.
把手指饼干弄成小块,铺满玻璃碗底部。

2. Top with macerated raspberries.
铺上覆盆子果泥。

3. Top with mascarpone cream.
再铺上马斯卡彭奶油。

4. Repeat step 1 to 3.
重复 1 至 3 的动作, 一直铺至玻璃碗装满。

5. Decorate the top with garnishes.
用黑巧克力屑、蓝莓粒和覆盆子粒装饰。
