1. Preheat oven to 180℃; line baking tray with baking paper. 预热烤箱180℃;准备烤盘,铺上油纸,备用。
2. Beat the butter and sugar in an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla essence, mix well. 将牛油和砂糖放入搅拌机,搅拌至松白;加入鸡蛋和香草精,搅拌均匀。
3. Sift the flour, soda and baking powder, fold into butter mixture. Then fold in red yeast powder. 将面粉、苏打粉和发粉过筛,拌入牛油混合物中;再加入红麴粉,拌匀。
4. Stir in yogurt, mix until to forms batter. 加入酸奶,搅拌均匀成面糊。
5. Spoon batter into a piping bag fitted with plain nozzle and pipe onto prepared tray, approximately 3-cm circle, spacing evenly. 挤花袋配入圆形花嘴,装入面糊,在烤盘上挤出3公分圆形面糊,间距均匀。
6. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until cakes are springy to the touch. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. 盛入烤箱烘约8-10分钟,或直到蛋糕有弹性的触觉;从烤箱取出,置于网架上,待冷却。
To make filling / 馅料做法 Beat butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Add in pink colouring, mix well. 将牛油和糖粉打发至松白,加入粉红色素,拌匀。
To assemble / 装饰法 Place the whoopie flat side up. Pipe the desired amount of filling onto one, then sandwich with another whoopie, flat side down. Repeat till you've used up all the whoopies. 将一片无比蛋糕,底部向上,挤入适量馅料, 叠上一片无比蛋糕,夹好;重复以上步骤直到完成所有无比蛋糕。
