Method: / 做法: 1. Blanch radish, carrot,Chinese mushroom and red dates in boiling water for 3 minutes,soak in cold water and drain. 将白萝卜、红萝卜、冬菇和红枣烫过3分钟,然后浸泡冷水,再沥干水份。
2. Place all ingredients into stewing pot. 将全部材料和调味料放进炖盅里。
3. Steam with boiling water in high heat for 1 1/2hour,done. 蒸笼的水煮滚后才放入炖盅,用大火炖大约1 1/2小时,即可享用。
