Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients: / 材料:
800ml chicken stock / 鸡高汤800克
120g radish / 白萝卜120克
120g carrot / 红萝卜120克
3 Chinese mushroom (diced) / 冬菇3朵(切丁)
5 red dates / 红枣5粒
100g chicken meat (diced) / 鸡肉100克(切丁)
10g dried cutter fish (washed) / 干鱿鱼10克(洗净)

Seasoning:/ 调味料:
1/2tsp sugar / 糖1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp MSG / 味精1/2茶匙
1 1/2 tsp salt / 盐1 1/2茶匙
1 tsp Hua Diao wine / 绍兴酒1茶匙
1/2 tsp pepper / 胡椒粉1/2茶匙
Method: / 做法:
1. Blanch radish, carrot,Chinese mushroom and red dates in boiling water for 3 minutes,soak in cold water and drain.

2. Place all ingredients into stewing pot.

3. Steam with boiling water in high heat for 1 1/2hour,done.
蒸笼的水煮滚后才放入炖盅,用大火炖大约1 1/2小时,即可享用。
