100g dark chocolate / 黑巧克力 100克
10g toasted white sesame / 烤香芝麻 10克
20g Gou Qi / 枸杞 20克
30g toasted peanut / 烤香花生 30克
30g toasted walnut / 烤香核桃 30克
20g candied orange peel / 橙皮糖 20克
Method
1. Temper the dark chocolate.(Melt to 40℃, work till 29℃ and bring back to 32℃) (pic 1)
溶解巧克力(溶解至40℃后等它降温至29℃,再加温至32℃)。(图1)

2. Pour chocolate into a paper piping bag. (pic 2)
把巧克力倒入纸质挤袋里。(图2)

3. Pipe according to the template. (pic 3-4)
把材料挤在“福字”模型上。(图3-4)

4. Sprinkle with the nuts and fruits. (pic 5-6)
撒上豆仁和果仁。(图5-6)

5. Let the biscuits set before serve.
放置一旁至巧克力定型,即可享用。
