Ingredient and Portion
2 cups raw rice / 白米 2杯
5 pcs Chinese mushrooms / 冬菇 5朵
3 tbsp preserved olive vegetable / 橄榄菜 3汤匙
1 stalk sweet preserved mustard / 甜梅菜1棵
5 pcs vegetarian mutton / 素羊肉 5粒
1 slice ginger / 姜 1片
2 tbsp sesame oil / 麻油 2汤匙
Some cooking oil / 油 少许
Seasoning
2 tsp light soy sauce / 生抽 2茶匙
A pinch of ground pepper / 胡椒粉 少许
A pinch of salt / 盐 少许
Method
Preparations
1. Soak Chinese mushrooms and sweet preserved mustard in water separately before chopping into small pieces.
冬菇和梅菜分别浸水,然后切碎。

2. Rinse and drain the rice. Chop vegetarian mutton.
白米洗净,沥干。素羊肉切碎。

Method / 步骤:
1. Heat up sesame oil and cooking oil in a wok and stir-fry ginger until fragrant.
锅中烧热麻油和油,爆香姜片。

2. Add chopped preserved mustard, vegetarian mutton and Chinese mushroom. Stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.
加入梅菜、素羊肉和冬菇,中火炒香。

3. Sprinkle some pepper over and add preserved olive vegetables to stir-fry until well mixed.
撒少许胡椒粉,加入橄榄菜炒匀。

4. Pour in rice, salt and light soy sauce.
把白米倒入锅,加入盐和生抽。

5. Stir-fry until the rice is half-cooked. Pour in 1 cup (rice cup) water. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
炒至米饭半熟,倒入1杯(量米杯)清水。煮沸后熄火。

6. Pour the rice mixture into the rice cooker. Switch on and cook until the rice is well done. Serve.
把米饭混合料移至电饭锅内,按下开关煮至饭熟即可。
