Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A / 材料A:
300g mid-size prawns (shelled and keep tails intact)/ 中虾 300克(去壳,留尾)
Condiments / 腌料:
1 chopped onion/洋葱碎 1粒
1 chopped chili padi / 指天椒碎 1条
1/2 tsp each of salt/ 盐 1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp chicken powder / 鸡精粉 1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp sugar & 1/2 tsp pepper / 糖1/2茶匙 & 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
1 tbsp curry powder / 双枪咖喱粉 1汤匙
1 tsp corn flour / 粟米粉 1茶匙
Ingredients B / 材料B:
10 slices white bread / 白面包片 10片
1 pc seaweed sheet (cut into strips)/ 紫菜片 1片(剪长片)
Sub-ingredients / 配料:
1 stalk coriander stem (cut sections) / 芫荽茎 1棵(切段)
3 water chestnut (skinned and cut into thick slices) / 马蹄 3粒(去皮,切厚片)
Sauce / 沾酱:
some mayonnaise/美乃滋适量
Garnishing / 装饰:
some lettuce/生菜
cucumber and cherry tomato/黄瓜片和小番茄
Method
1. Marinate prawns with condiments for 1 hour.
将虾加入腌料腌制1小时。
2. Trim off the sides of bread and cut into two.
将白面包切掉边,然后切开一半。
3. Wrap prawn with some coriander stems and water chestnut, roll up and seal with seaweed that coat with batter.
以面包卷起虾、适量芫荽茎和马蹄片,将紫菜片涂上适量的面糊封口。
4. Deep fry in low heat until golden brown,drain and garnish; serve with mayonnaise.
烧热炸油以小火炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。摆盘装饰,配上美乃滋一起享用。
