Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A / 材料A
300g cooked glutinous rice flour / Gao Fen / 糕粉 300克
300g peanut / 花生 300克
50g sesame seed / 芝麻 50克
150g pork oil / 猪油 150克

Ingredients B (Syrup) / 材料B(糖水)
300g sugar / 糖 300克
350ml water / 清水 350毫升
2 pieces Pandan leaf / 班兰叶 2片

Preparation / 准备工作
Dry-fry sesame seeds and peanuts until fragrant and finely chop separately.
芝麻和花生分别入锅干炒至香,然后分别打碎。
Method
1. Cook Ingredients B until sugar dissolved. Remove and leave to cool, discard Pandan leaves.
将材料B倒入锅内,煮至糖溶化,待冷却后,将班兰叶取出。

2. Place all of the Ingredients A into a blender. Use dough hook to mix at low speed until well combined.
把所有材料A放入搅拌机中,用面团勾以慢速度将材料搅拌均匀。

3. Slowly stir in Syrup, and gradually speed up to knead into a smooth dough.
慢慢加入糖水,逐渐加快搅拌机速度,搓成幼滑面团。

4. Press dough into mould and remove from mould to form different shape of dumplings. Serve.
把面团压入模型内,扣出即可享用。
Tips
Gao Fen is ready-baked glutinous rice flour. It can be bought from baking ingredients shop.
糕粉是已烘熟的糯米粉,蛋糕原料店有卖。
