Wanton Skin / 云吞皮 Minced pork / 猪肉碎 Fine Sugar / 糖 Fine Salt / 盐 Carrot / 胡萝卜 Black Fungus / 黑木耳
Method
1. Use a knife chopper to cut carrot and black fungus into strips. 将胡萝卜和黑木耳切丝。
2. Minced pork mix with fine salt, fine sugar. Marinade it for 20 minutes. 将猪肉碎拌入盐和糖,腌制20分钟。
3. Use a spoon to put marinated minced pork in wanton skin and wrap it. 用汤匙将腌制好的猪肉碎酿入云吞皮内,包好备用。
4. Bring a pot filled with water to boil. After boiled put in few pieces of pork dumpling to cook. Once cook, strain out the pork dumpling and set aside in a bowl with soup broth and vegetable as preferred. 将猪肉饺子加入煮沸水里至熟透,捞起并装入碗里,倒入高汤加上一些蔬菜。即可上桌。
