Directions / 做法：
1. Use a knife chopper to cut carrot and black fungus into strips.
2. Minced pork mix with fine salt, fine sugar. Marinade it for 20 minutes.
3. Use a spoon to put marinated minced pork in wanton skin and wrap it.
4. Bring a pot filled with water to boil. After boiled put in few pieces of pork dumpling to cook. Once cook, strain out the pork dumpling and set aside with add in spicy sauce.
Directions for Spicy Sauce / 辣油做法：
1. Vinegar, Light soya sauce and fine sugar into mixing bowl.
2. Bring wok to stove. Put in cooking oil, and dried chili to cook.
3. When dried chilli powder cook till dissolved put in the mixing bowl ingredient into the wok.
4. After cook add in some oil chilli. Ready to be served.
5. Add the spicy sauce onto the pork dumpling and ready to serve.
