Homemade pizza is more chewy and healthier outside ones. I can DIY a delicious pizza to fix my cravings.

我不是爱披萨之人
不过偶尔还是会吃一下
心血来潮想要自己做披萨
Ingredient and Portion
Flour 2 cups / 面粉 2杯
Instant Yeast 8g / 即溶酵母 8克
Sugar 1 teaspoon / 幼糖 1茶匙
Salt 0.5 teaspoon / 盐 半茶匙
Olive oil or Corn oil 2 tablespoons/ 橄榄油(或其他植物油) 2汤匙
Warm Water 3-4 cups / 温水 3-4杯
Seasoning
BBQ Sauce / BBQ酱
Mozzarella / 芝士
Method
1. Before bake, pre-heat the oven on 200℃.
预热烤箱200度。

2. Mix all the ingredients until form a dough.
将所有的材料搅拌均匀至光滑的面团。

3. Cover the dough with plastic wrapper or wet towel, let it prove for 30mins or until doubles in size.
然后用保鲜膜或湿布盖起来,发酵30分钟或至2倍大。

4. Rolling the dough into a disk.
把面团拿出,然后把面团杆平至自己喜欢的厚度。

5. Place the dough on pizza pan or non-stick bake tray and prick the bottom with a fork.
放在披萨盘上(我之前没有披萨盘,所以就用免沾烤盘上),用叉子叉一叉面团(这样可以避免饼皮预热膨胀太厉害)。

6. Spread BBQ Sauce or any sauce you like, top up with meats and veggies. Then sprinkle generous amount of mozzarella.
涂上BBQ酱(or任何酱),放上自己喜欢的材料,铺上起司。

7. Bake the pizza for 15-20 mins.
烤15-20分钟即可。
